Guest Rules & Site Guidelines

By booking with Walberswick Camping, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to abide by these rules.

1.

Fires & Barbecues

Fires and barbecues must only be used on the dedicated gravel area, must be raised off the ground at all times, and must be fully extinguished by 10:00 PM.

2.

Vehicles

5 mph speed limit on site at all times.

3.

Children

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Walberswick Camping accepts no responsibility for any injury, accident, or loss involving children on site.

4.

Dogs

Dogs must not be left unattended, and all fouling must be collected and disposed of immediately. Walberswick Camping accepts no responsibility for any incident involving dogs on site.

5.

Quiet Hours

No noise, music, or generator use between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

6.

Respect for Other Guests

The lead booker is responsible for all party members. Aggressive or antisocial behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

7.

Visitors

Visitors must register with site management on arrival, depart by 8:00 PM, and may not use any site facilities.

8.

Waste & Recycling

All waste goes in the designated bins — do not leave food waste or rubbish on your pitch overnight.

9.

Facilities

Keep all shared facilities clean and report any issues to site staff.

10.

Pitch Care & Damage

Leave your pitch as you found it. Any damage — accidental or wilful — must be reported immediately and may result in charges or removal without refund.

11.

Check-Out

Vacate your pitch by the agreed check-out time with all belongings removed and the pitch left tidy.

12.

Early Departure

No refund will be issued for unused nights in the event of early departure.

13.

Complaints

Raise any complaints with site management during your stay. Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of departure.

14.

Compliance

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the site without refund.
